从广义上来说,粤菜是由广府菜、潮汕菜、客家菜三样构成的。前面两者最近都有经常吃到,独独正宗的客家菜久违多时了。说起客家菜,很多人第一反应就是各种酿菜,比如市场上常见的“煎酿三宝”。这一次,姚大秋要去客家人很多的惠州,去找一款已经没什么人做的客家酿菜,它的名字叫——酿春。
